That your state has not improved for such
a long time is a testament to the failure
of psychiatric health care. I think it
would drive anyone to the brink of wanting
to kill himself. You have my sympathies.

As for killing yourself, it's risky -- you may
fail and just get brain damage instead by
botching it. Also, it is a greater burden on
those you leave behind and may lead them to

The best thing to do, imho, is to go to
Psychiatric Emergency of a hospital near you --
look it up on the net for a number. Or just
get in a cab, go there, and say I'm suicidal;
my drugs suck; can you help me;
