I cannot tell you the best way to die. I can tell you the best way to stay alive. Go to the hospital or call the police. Immediately. No one here could give you the advice you think you want. We are not allowed to. Besides, I'm sure everyone here would rather that you stayed alive. You are 23. I am 20. That's not that big of a difference. I have no car. I had no friends until the middle of last year. I have to find a way to live without my parents because it is not safe at my house. I have had depression for probably the last eight years, although I wasn't diagnosed until 2 years ago. You CAN get help. Things CAN get better. The biggest step is up to you. I would hate to see you leave this earth. Please go to the hospital right now, or call the police or an ambulance. Please.
