Sunnydays is right -- we're not going to answer you, and Dr Bob would step in if anyone tried to.
What I will tell you is that there is hope. There is more hope than you're seeing right now -- which is the nature of the Black Beast. If you are feeling this bad, there are a lot of people here who can discuss your meds choices, but you need to get help in real life, in real time. No one here wants to see you get hurt.
Please call your local crisis line, or go to your local emergency room. You really and truly do not have to feel this bad.
