Parnate and heart palpitations

Update:
I went to the doc, and he ordered an EKG, TSH, electrolytes labs. (All of those were normal.) He said my heart sounds just fine. I've cut caffeine out of my diet, and the arrhythmias are gone. Either I adjusted to the dose of Parnate or it was the interaction with caffeine. Anyway, I think I'm all good! :-)
