Hi Phillipa I'm a bit like you I think. I'm happy at work with that feeling of putting in effort towards a common goal. However I live alone now and when I go home a feeling of nameless dread gradually descends as the evening progresses. If it's a night when I go and play in a band the dread is even worse until I go out and do it. Then I feel better and come home happy and with a feeling of being wanted.

Perhaps life only works for us when we fool ourselves through busyness that there really is a purpose. I've tried taurine and it didn't do anything for me either. Nothing does really short of doing something in real life

love
Fred
