Psychobiology fear of being alone

Posted by chiron on May 29, 2006, at 0:47:19

Usually depression brings a feeling of wanting to be alone. Sometimes it is the opposite. Any ideas as to why? My depression has recently heightened, and I've found myself freaking out when alone. Luckily I have various friends & family that I can hang with, but I really would like to get rid of this over-reactive anxious state.
