Do not take Benadryl with MAOI's. I never realized this myself until I was doing a little check of Tylers meds on Medscape. FATALITIES HAVE OCCURED!! Read the post to Tyler above this one to understand how this all works. Claritin and Zyrtec are both ok with MAOI's.
