Prozac impairs the clearance of Alprazolam (Xanax)

what does this mean.

I read in the article it was successful with clonazepam but not alprazolam.

I take Xanax, and Prozac 20mg

Im starting to read all these trial articles.

Anyways, can anyone explain, or know what that means?
