Thanks for your interest. I'm on 40mg per day. Don't think I can go much higher without becoming one giant red ulcer from the allergic reaction. I'm not really taking any augmention meds right now, just doxepin for the hives and oxazapam and trazodone to help me sleep. As far as anticonvulsants go, I've taken valproate and tegrol by themselves and they made me so dozy that I couldn't get off the couch or think clearly. Zyprexa isn't covered by my medical except if you are diagnosed as psycotic and it's so expensive. I know how you feel about trying everything. I've been though SSRI's TCA's MAOI's anti-convulsants and just got crappy side effects from most of them. Makes you want to become a drug addict. At least you'll feel good for a while, which is the best that the anti-depressants have done. The T3 is an interesting idea. In spite of all this nobody has bothered to do a thyroid test or any other tests to eliminate any physical causes. Best wishes to you as well.
