I know for me, its not just about being addicted.
At my worst point, I was making dumb decisions based on theory that may or may not have been true.
I had convinced myself time and time again, that my problems were due to x-neurotransmitter being out of line.
It wasn't so much that I believe my problems were due to a deficiancy of such and such, it was more the fact that I was willing to make dumb, and unhelthy decisions based on the nonsence that I had created in my mind.
If I had just left well enough alone, I may have got better faster. I only regret messing around with so many meds. I probably could have got better faster If I just stopped messing around.
Thats all I'm saying.
