To the point my jaw will lock closed -- or the muscles/nerves around the jaw joint will spasm and I have to hold my jaw in place until it passes. It's something I've always had a mild problem with, now it's chronic. Any theories/suggestions?

I've heard Buspar can help with the jaw clenching but I've never tried it. I've read where others on this board successfully treated it with low doses of Klonopin at bedtime. For me, it's not jaw clenching, it's shoulder and neck muscle clenching. I guess it's approximately the same thing, though. Dividing my doses of Celexa has helped a bit - taking half a dose twice a day instead of all at once.
