I took Accutane 70mg for moderate/severe acne a few years ago. I was on it for about four months. It worked extremely well, I've never had acne since. I tried everything else but only Accutane worked.
I had quite a lot of side effects....... dry lips/peeling, sore red eyes, nosebleeds, mild hair loss, very dry skin, fatigue, muscle/joint aches.
All the side effects disappeared a few weeks after stopping Accutane. I'm glad I took it but it was rough at the time. It is very disturbing that some people suffer severe and/or permanent side effects.
