Donna, It's true. I thought me and my husband would go somewhere today relaxing instead he made me a nervous wreck by almost falling asleep at the wheel. And he had plenty of sleep. I felt positive when I went to sleep last night so no nightmares and minimal joint pain today. I feel it was the positive thoughts of a good day today. Fondly, Phillipa
