Donna, was it a panic attack? I don't know, but sounds like it....maybe? I'm get those funny turns too, but from what I've read, mine aren't as serious as panic attacks, but I go really really weird. Ususally things to do with my health. My friend was given benzo (something or other - I can't remember) and they calm you down for a couple of hours or so. I don't know if your GP would be willing to give you a couple for future attacks - they have high street value. But my friend swears by them.
Anyway - I'm enjoying the heat here in the UK! :0)
