Actually I get fatigue from the Parnate in the afternoon and I get fatigue from the MS. My doctor knows about the crashing. He said not to take but to exercise more to help my depression. Sigh. Okay. I do exercise I have been a compulsive exerciser in the past and it's already starting to happen again.
I am going to ask him if I can try Provigil. I'm calling him tomorrow.
I used to abuse Ephedra very badly and would crash from that, except at one point I was just taking so much I was up all the time so I never crash. Plus I was overexercising.

-Okay, that makes sense. And the Parnate itself contributes to the insomnia, too. So it's a double whammy. And you can't NOT take the Dexedrine or something similar because of the fatigue from the MS. What a Catch-22.

And I remember how awful I felt for a while after I quit taking them. If that's what you are going through every day, my God, no wonder you are thinking suicidally. Does your pdoc know how the crash is affecting you?
