Okay, that makes sense. And the Parnate itself contributes to the insomnia, too. So it's a double whammy. And you can't NOT take the Dexedrine or something similar because of the fatigue from the MS. What a Catch-22.

I feel so bad for you. I remember when I used to take diet pills (recreationally, addictively, though, not as medication). I remember how bad I'd feel coming down. And I remember how awful I felt for a while after I quit taking them. If that's what you are going through every day, my God, no wonder you are thinking suicidally. Does your pdoc know how the crash is affecting you?
