Doctors in Chicago who subscribe Provigil?

Hi-
Does anyone have a doctor is Chicago that has experience prescribing Provigil? I'd like to get a second opinion.
I'm new to the group so first, Hi and nice to be here. I wastaking Lex and Wel for Depression but the Lex 20 mg was making me feel like "I was never really awake" lethargic, and dragging. I asked my doctor about Provigil but since he wasn't very familiar with it and there is no long term data, he didn't want to prescribe it to me and instead cut my lex down to 10 Mg. This has helped a littled but afte reading so many wonderful testimonials about Provigil, I still want to try it.
