I am taking 18mg of concerta, and don't really notice much of anything right now. I have tried Adderall XR 20mg, and think that may be a little better, but I'm not sure. That means probably not much. I think I am going to doubel my concerta and see what happens. Scroll on down the list to the Adderall Post, we are discussing dosage etc. there as well. -L
