Hi everyone, I had been taking 60 mg of staterra for a few weeks with no noticable effects. Now my doctor has put me on 36mgs of concerta and I am so curious how long it will take to "kick in" and if i don't feel the desired focus where no other racing thoughts are taking over my mind, I would like to try Adderal or dexedrine or maybe a combination, anything to get through this so I don't lose my job. Can anyone give advice on what heped them the best, I sit at a computer all day that requires extreme focus- so i need some help fast! thanks
