I take 1500 mg. of Calcium Citrate, 400 mg. of Magnesium sulfate and 800 iu of Vitamin D. I also take 4 gms. of fish oil (Omega Brite), a general vitamin/mineral supplement which has a little of eveything, and quite high amounts oif B-Complex.I hate starting the day with so many pills ahnd capsules, but I know they are all helpful.
