If Nardil has worked for you, then I'd think carefuly before discontinuing it.
Apparently Nardil can be aurgmented with a Noradrenaline specific TCA, such as desipramine or Nortryptaline, Lofepramine would also presumably be safe.
Adding a very low dose of L-tryptophan might help, but be careful!
