there is much discussion of the similarities between bipolar-2 and borderline.
It seems one may be predisposed to bipolar and it manifests if exposed to MUCH stress.
I may have been PMDD; Anxiety; Depression over the anxiety; Borderline in DBT which is difficult for me to learn; maybe, now, both borderline & bipolar-2?!
The rapid-cycling in bipolar-2 brings to mind the certain times in the range of a year where I seem to spiral down.
Someone following this link asked me to described my racing thoughts, and I did.
Am I a Heinz-57? Anyone identify w/ above?
