Corafree, You're only taking lmg of Valium? I would think 5mg at the very least 3x day. I believe this would eliminate the need for seroquel, as it has a relaxing effect, and a long half-life. It builds up in your system. Seroquel knocked me out and left me drunk. As I said before I tried a low dose of trileptal and was told it was for mood, and to help with sleep No side effects at l50mg.
