You really don't need to worry for multiple reasons.
1) Even 120mg is not a toxic dose, by any
strech of the imagination. The doses used
to produce toxicity in mice were more like
120mg (per kilogram!) of body weight.2) The serotogenic neurons and dopaminergic
neurons can (and do) repair themselves. As
well, new neurons grow on a daily basis.
For insance, BDNF is a growth factor that is
increased by physical exercise (jogging)
that growth factor is trophic to the
serotogenic system. BDNF injections literally
grow new serotogenic neurons. Similar growth
factors exist for other neurotransmitter
systems. Omega 3 is trophic to serotogenic and
dopaminergic systems.3) It seems to me that you are depressed now, and
you were depressed even before this
neurotoxicity issue even came up. Your best
bet, it to first get the depression under
control. Forget about this issue and first
determine if you meet the criteria for
depression. Get your depression under controll.4) Paridoxically, stimulants can cause depression
*unrelated to weather or not they are
neurotoxic*.Take Care
