I have lowered my dose down from adderall from 60mg to 40mg.
I took 60mg daily in one dose, which was effective, but i belive was just too high generally.
I started noticing more slowing, and exhaustion daily, which was not normal for a medication, I was prescribed to only take it once daily, but i did abuse and another dose after the other, that totally was 120mg daily.
I regret my stupidity, but i used it for school, then after that I would have to do very complicated work at my dad's office, which i usally took the second dose.
I have read amphetamine causes destruction to dopamine terminals (nuerotoxity) after daily doses, at high doses.
I pray that they will restore, and want to kill my self what i have done.
Please help me, and tell me anything.
