Hello, the only difference my pdoc told me, was that the Control-Released Paxil, gives you more of a anti-anxiety effect for the whole day. But, she also wanted me on xanax xr and I didnt like that! It was also suppose to keep me anxiety free all day, but it made me too sleepy.
