> > elleffHello elleff. Your interpretation makes sense. Propranolol mildly inhibitis the enzyme, cytochrome P450 2D6. Amphetamines are substrates of that same enzyme, so if that enzyme is inhibited, there may not be enough available to thoroughly metabolize amphetamine.
