Linkadge,You still have options. You can find another doctor, as Panda recommended, one who is more willing to listen to you and work with you.
Also, iHerb.com sells TMG and they take checks, money orders and wires. They're wonderful to deal with and their prices are good (although you'd have to pay more fees or dutes when ordering from Canada). There's info on their web site and/or you can call them to check things out if you're interested:
