I'm sorry you are struggling so right now. It sounds like you've been through the wringer on SSRI's and your pdoc is not as helpful as he should be. Any chance you can get a new pdoc? I understand that your health system is different, but do you have any options? And why the resistance to tricyclics?
It sounds like you've been doing this so much on your own, that perhaps you are just worn out? But you are smart, caring, and it seems like you are doing what you can for problem-solving. Can you give yourself a bit of a break and just sit and be still for a bit?
