Please see a Psychiatrist if you are not already.
Feeling depressed and even suicidal is a very serious thing.
I see you mentioned seeing your MD. No mention of pdoc. They can be so helpfull in times like these. Also they have way more experience prescribing antidepressants. General phsiciations have screwed me up prescribing ad's.
