Jen
Iknow now that it was probably the wrong thing to do by quitting Lexapro "cold turkey". I had some pretty yucky withdrawls but for the most part I thought it would have been worse. I was just so anxious to get off it I didnt want to wait. I didnt want to have to gradually get off it, and I am so excited how much better I feel. Maybe I was taking too much (30 mg) because things have changed dramatically for me and I am so happy about it. I'm glad you are doing well with your gradual decrease and getting off the Lexapro. Are you switching meds or just going off completely?
