I have taken both and find that Librium (chlordiazpoxide) is best. It relieves anxiety without drowsiness. I took 10 mg prn. Even the color is cool (turquoise and black capsule). Unfortunately my psychiatrist hardly ever gives it to me because I am a recovering alcoholic.
