Nortriptyline has not caused any cognitive problems for me. I suppose people who are highly sensitive to anticholinergic effects might have some memory problems, but it has not caused any problems for me and I do not believe that it commonly does so. SSRI's are in my opinion more likely to cause 'brain fog.'
