Hi Candy.

What are you being treated for?

Wellbutrin + Effexor makes for a good combination. I know someone for whom the combination worked when neither alone was sufficient. However, she did see some benefit from each separately. 75mg is far too small a dosage for most people who suffer from severe depression. The use of 300mg of Effexor is now widespread. Wellbutrin is also used at 300mg. If you have suffered from severe depression for quite a while, it does make sense to test these higher dosages thoroughly. Good luck.
