After my p-doc appointment yesterday, we have made the xanax "as needed" only. I had been taking one before bed to sleep, so last night was the first in a few weeks when I didn't take any meds.
I only woke up 3 times, but feel pretty shakey this morning.
I wish I didn't have to take ANYTHING right now. My mind and body feel polluted.
