I'm having the same problem with Paxil... I've been on for 11 years. Trying to get off it by going on Remeron and titrating down on the Paxil once Remeron reaches steady state. I get the same exact feeling that you do, however. I still have to give myself 2.5mg of Paxil every couple of days because my brain feels like it's lacking something.... this aside from the ocassional vertigo.
