Hello to all, I have read the posts to me about my question. We just got the results of the tox report this month, becasue no test were available when my daughter died. The medication was that new. I was told at that time this drug had been involved with 12 deaths, but they could not include this drug to her death certificate because no test were availabe for it in -2002. We had to pay to keep a sample until test were available. Just by chance I called the lab, at the time the payment was due again, and was told they could test it. No thanks to them or to our local coronors office who said they would notifiy us when testing did become available. We are now waiting to have a meeting with the Pathologist.
thanks all
garland
