The link between Lexapro and death I have found is that it causes suicidal thoughts. Unfortunately some have taken their own lives because of this effect. There are Law Suits pending. I believe if it is having that effect on someone they should immediately notify their P Dr. My son was taking it for a month and had hallucinations and nightmares. His Dr switched him to Zoloft.
