I haven't experienced that side effect so far (lol). I've read tons of stuff about Lexapro and have never heard of that.
Of course, people do commit suicide while taking antidepressants for reasons such as: they just started taking them and the drugs haven't had time to work; or the dose is not high enough; or the person is simply a non-responder to the antidepressant.
