I suffer from derealization (aka depersonalization). I totally understand what your going through. How long has it been going on with you? I have been having episodes ever since I can remember (about age 8 or 9). They can be really scary sometimes huh. I usually have them when I'm taking a bath or driving...odd combination. Basically, I'll be driving and look down at my arms and it feels like I'm really aware or like I'm observing someone elses arms... I'm sure you know what the feeling is. I'm taking a cocktail of drugs for other stuff, so I not sure what has made them less frequent. Here is a list of what I'm on:
Paxil, Geodon, Ativan, Klonopin
