Ultracet is a combination of a lower dose of tramadol (37.5mg, as opposed to 50mg in Ultram) and 325mg of acetaminophen. I certainly wouldn't recommend taking this for psychiatric purposes, as you'd need to take three at a time to get the therapeutic dosage of ~100mg, three times a day. That would be 2,900mg of acetaminophen daily, which would wreak havoc on your liver.
