Well I saw my psychiatrist today, and he upped the dosage of tramadol to 100mg four times daily (from 100mg three times daily) so that I can maintain a fairly constant blood level. I also traded off the Klonopin 6mg/day for Xanax XR 3mg/day. I see him again in two weeks, and then we're going to try raising the Xanax XR to 6mg, and probably higher after that.
Haven't picked up the Xanax XR from the pharmacy yet, so I don't have anything to report, but I'll keep y'all updated!
