God no, I wouldn't submit myself to the horrors of SSRI-taking. :-) Just the Ultram and Xanax for me (aside from my myriad of supplements), and they work just great.
I originally thought about trying Ultram along with Prozac, since it was the only SSRI I didn't have a single side effect from, but it didn't seem to do much for me when taken alone. So I figured maybe in combo with the Ultram and Xanax, it'd actually help. Effexor was also a consideration. But then I got to thinking about serotonin syndrome, and read up about it only to find out that those combinations probably weren't a good idea. I may supplement with high doses of melatonin, though... even though the risk of serotonin syndrome is there, it's much less so than with the serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
