KKA,

I have been wondering about that (SSRIs and weight gain, why do some people gain and others lose and still others stay the same) myself, and I don't think anyone really knows how it works.

I am on Prozac and have been for 2 1/2 years (for OCD) and it didn't affect my weight. Recently I have lost for other reasons and am now rather underweight.
