Celexa was great for me too. But after a few years it stopped working.. I started taking Lexapro. Yes, I had headaches at first, but it was due to clenching my teeth all day. I don't do it as bad now. I still clench my teeth a bit but not enough to make headaches in the evening anymore. I never felt better emotionally. The side effects are several, but they are bearable.
