Yes,, I was on celexa for about a year and swited to Lexapro last September, started on 10mg & then went to 20. I've had no problem with migraines & I tend to be headache prone also, actually I've had only a couple fo mild headaches since I went on it, and that is unusual for me to have so few.
Insomnia hasn't been a big problem for me either. I posted another thread (On lexapro for nine months) and detailed some of the other side effects I've had, but in general, Lexapro has been better than Celexa for me.
