I refer specifically to: Ultram, Vicodin, Darvon, and Valium, which I need occasionally and take rarely. Physicians are awfully liberal with painkillers, huh? I thought that Ultram or Valium might help with some of the twitchy, skin crawling anxiety until the Lexapro thing (hopefully) starts to even out in a month or so. Still, the worrisome, racing thoughts part of me is afraid to add in stuff that could cause convulsions and such, so I'd love to hear if you decide to take it as well as anyone else's "cocktail" experiences.

Hi there, I understand your fear completely. I have just about quit taking my xanax all together. It mixed well with my lexapro though. I use it now for the emergency type situation. But even taking a tylenol or aspirin I only take half. You would not believe some of the stuff Ive seen people mix together. But for some it works, but for me I could not handle the fear!!
