I put on about 2 stone within 1 year of taking Effexor. I have also had hot flushes, heart palpitations, scary stuff. So I am now in my first week without this drug. God, I feel terrible, dizzy, head spinning, sleepy, confused, tired, on edge. My advice to anyone COME OFF THIS PILL GRADUALLY WITH YOUR DOCS HELP. Good luck to all.
