On my third day. have starter kit which starts off with 37.5 and goes to 75 after 8 days. My question is when is the best time to take it. I have been doing it in the morning as a problem I had was sleeping too much(10-12 hrs nightly). Seems to be helping me dealing with my stress at work. Is the AM the best time?? Should I try taking it at night this weekend?
