Won't have too much to say tonight. You need a break from me and my long-winded letters. Besides, it's late and I should be getting some food down my gullet right now.I managed to do some major money transactions and other errands today in preparation for the trip, despite the way I feel. In your previous post, you wanted my promise that I'd get on the plane, and I will give it to you. Admittedly, my mother wanted my promise also, and so you're actually the second person to get it. But at bottom, I'm most obligated to do this for myself, isn't that right?
That's all for now. Will try to post one more note tomorrow before leaving.
